Myth 1: You cannot conceive naturally.

Fact: Conceiving naturally despite having PCOS is possible! You don’t always need those infertility medicines or treatments. Every PCOS is different, and how you treat it matters. 

Myth 2: You cannot lose weight.

Fact: Losing weight while suffering from PCOS can be difficult. But it isn’t impossible. It all comes down to how and what changes you make to your lifestyle.

Myth 3: You cannot stay healthy.

Fact: PCOS has many health implications, but if you take proper care and keep your PCOS in check, you can be healthy and fit. 

Myth 4:  You cannot reverse your symptoms.
