Best Drinks You Can Consume Instead of Tea and Coffee

Hope you are healthy and well.

I know quite a few people who look for replacements for tea or coffee. If you are one of them, this blog is for you. Also if you just wish to increase your knowledge, read on. Firstly, I would say that I’m not by any means conveying that tea or coffee is bad. I personally cannot live without my cup of tea or coffee, so I have it in moderation. But for those who seek substitutes here are a few.

Herbal Tea: This doesn’t contain any tea but I just call it that. Add some ginger, fresh turmeric/Haldi powder, tulsi leaves, and mint leaves to water and bring them to boil. Squeeze some lemon and add honey. This drink helps with nasal congestion, a cold or sore throat too.

Kava: Take some saffron, star anise, cardamom, and cinnamon and boil these in water. This drink has a good taste and compliments the winters perfectly.

These are my go-to options instead of tea or coffee. Try them!
