Now one thing you need to look into is the time at which you consume mangoes. Place it in your daily routine strategically. I eat it during breakfast which is when our metabolism is the highest. So your body can absorb nutrients properly and has enough time to digest the food

Another preferred way of eating mangoes is eating them as a snack. Although don’t eat them too late in the evening. That being said as long as you balance your other meals you can certainly enjoy mangoes.
