Home Remedies that Help Reduce Period Cramps Naturally

Today my blog is dedicated to all the lovely ladies. The one nightmare that most women dread?Painful periods. While that time of the month already stresses women’s bodies in multiple ways, period pain is just another trouble most women are searching a remedy for. It is completely normal to have period pain. The intensity of the pain varies for every woman. Some might experience mild discomfort, while some might be sobbing in extreme pain. Today I am going to give you some hacks that can help alleviate period pain naturally. These tricks work quite well for me and I hope they benefit you too. Read on to find out.

Turmeric Milk: Also referred to as Turmeric Latte or Haldi ka Doodh this potion can help mitigate period cramps. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties that can lower inflammation and other illnesses. Boil a glass of milk, add some jaggery and a teaspoon of Haldi, drink this
mix when you experience cramps.

Exercise: Engaging in some amount of exercise is helpful. You can do whichever form of exercise works for you. I do some yoga asanas. It is recommended to practice asanas that open up the pelvic area. Certain asanas that support the pelvic region are
● Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose)
● Malasana (Garland Pose)
● Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)
● Frog Pose (Bhekasana)
● Samakonasana (Center Splits Pose)

Try these asanas and others when you experience discomfort. You should also practice these regularly for some time. This will help you with painful period cramps.
