How Do I Stay Hydrated During Summer?

Hope you are kepping well.

Staying hydrated always is important. Given the scorching heat? It’s important we put in extra effort to stay hydrated. So here is what I do to stay hydrated. I hope these tips help y’all out. Firstly I drink a lot of water. That is non-negotiable. Apart from that, I did these food items to my diet.

Watermelon: This fruit is extremely hydrating. I have this every day with breakfast or as a snack.

Chia Seeds: Adding Chia seeds to your diet can be beneficial. I add a teaspoon of this to my lemon water every morning.

Veggies: Eat your veggies right. Especially, eat those hydrating veggies. Lettuce, sponge gourd, cucumber and carrot are those that have high water content. Eat them in plenty.

So these are my ways to stay hydrated. Try them out and if you have any more suggestions. Do mention them below.
