How I manage My Sweaty Hair

Hope you are healthy and happy.

Regular training obviously leads to sweaty hair. Given my high activity levels, I had to wash my hair every day. Eventually, I noticed that my hair was becoming dry, my scalp was becoming flaky and my hair was really frizzy and dry.

Eventually, I moved to use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. I condition my hair first and then wash my hair. Also, I only use conditioner on the ends of my hair and not on the scalp. Another important part of my hair care is oiling my hair regularly. Further, I ingest healthy fats such as flax seeds, nuts, omega 3 supplements and avocados which nourish my hair from within. I hope you take these tips and manage your hair better.
