Morning Routine to Follow for a Healthy Gut

A healthy gut = A healthy life. A healthy morning routine can come a long way in healing your gut. Below are a few tips I find quite helpful. Read on to know more.

Healthy Fats: The first thing you need to consume is healthy fats. For this, you can have a glass of warm water with coconut oil or a teaspoon of ghee. 

Probiotics: Add a healthy dose of probiotics to your morning diet. This is fermented food for example yoghurt, buttermilk or tempeh. Anything that serves your gut. 

Hydrate: Water plays a vital role in your gut health. Drink enough water to keep your physiological functions in place.  

Make these rituals a part of your morning routine and witness healthy results.
