The new year is right around the corner and that calls for fitness resolutions. And while we know that resolutions are on people’s minds there are just a few who live up to them. Don’t Set Unrealistic Goals: Many tend to set goals that they won’t fulfil. Steer clear of that. Set goals that are achievable. You can do so by setting short-term goals i.e. a weekly or a daily goal that is in fact doable.
Don’t Restrict Anything: Restriction means stopping yourself from indulging in a food item or habit and that might make you want to have it more. The key is eating in moderation. Practice portion control.
Strike a Balance: This one is of utmost importance. Whatever you plan to do, strike a balance in your lifestyle. Be it exercise, diet, eating desserts etc don’t binge or overindulge. Moderation is the key, just like I said before.
Those are some easy ways to help you meet your goals. Follow them, stay consistent, and who knows? The following year you might not even need a fitness resolution. I wish you luck in all your endeavours.
