Add Protein to Every Meal: Protein the building block of our body plays a vital role in curbing appetite. It keeps you full for longer and this can help you. It is also generally known to reduce sugar cravings. So make sure every meal you eat has some protein.

Hydrate: Drink plenty of water. I cannot press on this enough. The brain sometimes misunderstands thirst for hunger. And what’s the result? You crave more food.

Eat at Home: Home-cooked meals are anytime healthier than takeouts. Outside food also has MSG (a flavour enhancer) which makes you crave colas and sodas. So stick to home food.
