In part, this is dependent on the program you choose to run. If you follow my steps on how I lost 30kg, this is the result you will get:

No. You are not required to go for a gym session. You only need a 30 to 45 minutes walk.

Yes. If you have a medical condition, you may freeze the program for one week; if you want anything longer than that, you must present a medical certificate from a doctor.

and more of healthy eating. It’s a lifestyle change so it has to be
