How to Reduce Face Bloating?

Today’s topic is something people face at some time or the other. It’s something known as Face Bloating or Puffy Face. This can happen due to varied reasons such as side effects of a medicine, being sleep deprived, being dehydrated etc. In today’s blog, I’m going to help you with easy tips that can alleviate face bloating. Read on to find hacks that help you power through a puffy face.
Icing: Icing helps. Do not apply ice to your face directly, take a tissue or a cloth and dab your face with ice.
Hydrate: When dehydrated the blood vessels can enlarge that can cause water retention. To avoid this, hydrate yourself. Drink lots of water every day.
Sleep: A good night’s sleep can do wonders. Every night get 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. This can help mitigate face bloating.
Please note that if your face bloating persists only in the morning, that is normal. You can wash your face with cold water, and things will return to normal. Apart from that, if bloating remains otherwise, do try the tips I’ve mentioned.
